Mina Koochekzadeh focuses her practice on commercial real estate, drawing on a strong foundation in the title industry where she previously worked as a settlement and title attorney. She has extensive experience guiding transactions involving trusts and business entities from contract to close, with particular attention to commercial surveys and due diligence. Her work also includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and advising on condominium and homeowners’ association matters. Before entering the legal field, Mina studied and worked in art history.
