 Sara San Juan focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and business transactions, while also supporting the firm’s real estate and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Vo Law, Sara practiced family law, where she built a strong foundation in advocacy, negotiation, and client communication. That experience provided a meaningful base for her current work, particularly when navigating sensitive family dynamics and complex planning decisions. She advises individuals and families on wills and trusts, and represents business owners in entity formation, governance, and buy-sell transactions. Sara’s early work as a law clerk and receptionist gave her a comprehensive understanding of legal operations from the ground up, shaping her practical and detail-oriented approach to client service.
