  • Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate purchase agreements, leases, easements, loan documents, and related contracts

    • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title and survey review

    • Analyze and resolve title issues in collaboration with title companies

    • Structure and close complex real estate transactions

    • Advise clients—including banks, developers, and investors—on property acquisitions, zoning, and lending matters

    • Prepare and review governing documents for real estate entities

    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws throughout transactions

    • Stay current on legal and regulatory developments affecting real estate law

    • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other real estate professionals on transactional matters

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

    • Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar

    • 3–5 years of real estate law experience, with a focus on commercial transactions

    • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

    • Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines

    • Excellent communication and client service skills

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools

    • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

  • Responsibilities

    • Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related matters 

    • Handle probate cases from start to finish, including drafting petitions, pleadings, and court filings 

    • Represent clients in probate proceedings, hearings, and related matters 

    • Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents and agreements 

    • Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a timely and professional manner 

    • Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars to ensure accuracy and compliance 

    • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless client service 

    • Participate in business development and networking to grow the firm’s estate planning and probate practice 

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar 

    • 3+ years of experience in probate and estate planning preferred 

    • Strong knowledge of Florida probate and estate planning laws and procedures 

    • Excellent drafting, legal research, and client communication skills 

    • Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a collaborative team 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Clio, InterActive Legal, Lexis, and other legal tools

  • Responsibilities

    • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence 

    • Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation 

    • Support real estate closings, including title and survey review, and coordinate with title companies 

    • Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow 

    • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third parties 

    • Assist in drafting pleadings, agreements, and settlement documents 

    • Ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures and firm standards 

    • Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed 

    • Provide professional phone coverage, including answering incoming calls, directing inquiries, and assisting clients with a warm and professional first impression of the firm 

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in real estate law and estate planning highly preferred 

    • Proficiency in ILS and Qualia required 

    • Strong skills in legal document preparation, review, and client communication 

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Clio, InterActive Legal, Qualia, Lexis, and other legal research tools
