About Rachel

Rachel Pederson is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in criminal litigation, business, and public service. She brings extensive courtroom experience from her time as an Assistant State Attorney. Rachel is known for her strategic advocacy, attention to detail, and client-focused approach to legal problem-solving. 

Before joining private practice, Rachel prosecuted thousands of cases in St. Johns and Putnam Counties. As a prosecutor, she tried numerous jury trials and handled a high volume of hearings. Her experience across federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Department of Defense, provides her with a well-rounded perspective on both litigation and regulatory matters. 

Rachel’s background in accounting and business administration, combined with her M.B.A., allows her to approach legal issues with a strong analytical and financial lens. She is actively involved in the legal community and her church, and she is committed to professional excellence, service, and advocacy.
