About RIA
Ria focuses her practice on commercial real estate, representing clients in both litigation and transactional matters. With nearly fifteen years of legal experience, she brings a strong background in complex civil litigation and legal research, writing, and analysis. Her practical, detail-oriented approach enables her to help clients navigate legal issues with strategic insight and judgment.
Ria has handled litigation matters through all phases of a case, from initial pleadings and discovery through dispositive motions, summary judgment, and trial preparation. She has extensive experience conducting legal research, drafting motions, briefs, and other substantive filings, and working closely with clients and expert witnesses to develop effective litigation strategies. In addition to her litigation background, Ria is a former legal editor and published legal author on various legal topics.
